The Learning Assistance Center is proud to offer free online tutoring services to all currently enrolled UA-PTC students.
For students having difficulty accessing our online tutoring services, please contact our lab assistant, Terry Brown at (501) 779-8734 during the following times below.

How to Access Online Tutoring Services
1. Go to uaptc.edu/myapps and sign in.
2. From the app screen, click Blackboard Ultra.
3. On the left-hand side (in the column), choose Courses.
4. Looking at the top of page – use the search for course box, type in LAC, and click enter.
5. The online tutoring shell appears (you should be at the welcome online tutoring page).
6. In the column to the left, select Blackboard Collaborate.
7. Click the link (session) with the tutor's name and subject (make sure the correct session and time selected are correct).
8. Click the Join tab.
9. Once you have joined the session, click the audio and camera icon at the bottom of the page to enable sound.
10. Wait for the tutor to welcome you to his/her session.
